Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Nelly iPhone app (“the app”) handles your data. The app is operated by Milan Anušjak (“we”). Contact: milan.anusjak@icloud.com.
In short
We do not collect any of your data. The app has no server of its own, no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no third‑party tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device and — if you turn it on — in your own iCloud.
Data the app processes
Only what you enter yourself: your child’s name, date of birth and sex (used only to pick WHO growth tables), and logs of feeding, pumping, sleep, diapers, medication, weight, baths and notes. This may include health‑related information about your child.
Where data is stored
- On your device, protected by iOS encryption.
- In iCloud (optional). If you enable sync, data is stored in your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We have no access to it.
- Sharing. If you share a journal with another person via iCloud, they can see the shared entries. You can stop sharing at any time.
- Export. If you export data to a file, you decide where it goes.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, share or transmit your data to third parties. No advertising, profiling or cross‑app tracking. The app does not use Apple Health (HealthKit).
Deleting data
Delete data in the app or by uninstalling it. iCloud data can be removed in iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Children
The app is intended for adults (parents and caregivers), who enter and manage all information about the child.
Your rights
Because we don’t process your data on our servers, you control it fully on your device. For GDPR questions, email us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version and its effective date are always on this page.
