By downloading or using the Nelly app (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Milan Anušjak. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. Purpose
The app is a personal journal for logging baby care (feeding, sleep, diapers, medication, weight, etc.) and viewing summaries and reference values.
2. Not a medical device
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Growth charts, norms and estimates are for general information only and are based on public sources such as the WHO. Always consult a pediatrician or other healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number.
3. Your data
You are responsible for the data you enter. We recommend enabling iCloud sync or exporting backups regularly. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Sharing
If you share a journal, you are responsible for whom you grant access. You can stop sharing at any time.
5. License
We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify or reverse‑engineer the app except as permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use, unavailability, errors or data loss, or for decisions made based on displayed values. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Changes and termination
We may change the app and these terms; the current version is always on this page. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
